Currently, our developers are working on this issue, as to be fixed in an upcoming update of PLAXIS 2D.
In the meantime, if an Embedded beam row material exists in the database of the project, it is recommended to not include the Material Information while generating a report.
As a workaround, the Material Information for the rest of the types (Soil & Interfaces, Plates, Geogrids and Anchors) can be copied from the Material database (see screenshot) and can be added to the report manually.
Please keep in mind that this workaround cannot be applied to the Embedded beam row (EBR) materials since this material type is triggering the bug report. If it is needed to add the properties of the Embedded beam row materials, please follow these steps:
- Execute the echo materials command as to inspect how many EBR materials (an EmbeddedBeam2DMat) are present in the database and under which name:
- Execute the echo <name of the EBR material>1) command. e.g.
echo Tutorial03GroutBody
- PLAXIS will return all the defined properties of the EBR material, please copy them.
- Then, you can add this data to the report manually by pasting it.
- Repeat the aforementioned steps for all the EBR materials.
1) This command can be run in PLAXIS Input and PLAXIS Output.
